  • Prescription medication

The clinic does not provide:

  • Family planning services
  • Child Immunizations
  • Prescriptions that are controlled substances
  • Pain Management
  • Disability Exams

Eligibility

  1. Resident of Burke County
  2. No private health insurance, Medicaid, Medicare or Veteran’s Benefits. If requesting dental care, no dental insurance.
